Payment 

COD

We offer payment on pick- up or delivery of all orders within city limits.

E- kyash

Payment can be made via E- Kyash upon pick up of your package, or you can send us a message on Whatsapp with your Full Name & Order # and we will send you an E-Kyash payment link. 


Note: No items can be placed on hold for more than 24 hours without complete payment. if package is not picked up within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled. Weekend orders will be on hold until the end of the following business day.

Pick-up, Delivery and Shipping Policies

Local Pick-up 

Pick-ups can be done at our location on Fabers Rd ext.   When picking up, please let us know in advance via our contact number : + 501 630-1207. Location pin will be shared after order confirmation.

Pick-up hours are: 

Mon to Sat - 9am to 6pm 

If your packaged is not paid for and not picked up after 24 hours of placing order, it will be cancelled.

Delivery 

Delivery is done daily within city limits via external Run- man Services at their own charge. Your Package will be delivered within 12-24 hours of placing order. 

If you would like your package delivered within a specific time frame, please specify and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.


Shipping 

COD Shipping

Shipping is done every Monday and Wednesday afternoon via Belize Package & Mail Service (BPMS) or Tropic Air at their own external rate. Please check your local courier for arrival time. 

If you would like at- home delivery, We also offer shipping via Belize ON Drop- Box. After order is placed, we will have your package registered for delivery and it will be mailed to you on their next delivery date to your specified location. 

For the cayes, shipping is done every Monday and Wednesday afternoon via Water Taxi at their own external rate. 


Note: We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or undelivered packages after being forwarded to any of the external services listed above.
