Pick-up, Delivery and Shipping Policies
Local Pick-up
Pick-ups can be done at our location on Fabers Rd ext. When picking up, please let us know in advance via our contact number : + 501 630-1207. Location pin will be shared after order confirmation.
Pick-up hours are:
Mon to Sat - 9am to 7pm
Any unpaid orders will be cancelled if not picked up within 24 hours of placing order.
Delivery
Delivery is done daily within city limits via external Run- man Services at their own charge. Your Package will be delivered within 2-24 hours of placing order.
If you would like your package delivered within a specific time frame, please specify and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.
Shipping
COD Shipping
Shipping is done every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon via Belize Package & Mail Service (BPMS), Inter-District Shipping (iDS) or Tropic Air at their own external rate. Please check your local courier for arrival time.
For the cayes, shipping is done every Monday and Wednesday afternoon via Water Taxi at their own external rate. A $3 delivery fee to courier is charged for all deliveries.
Note: We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or undelivered packages after being forwarded to any of the external services listed above.
